Refund Policy

Customers should use the 7-day trial to confirm that MAX IPTV PLAYER works with their television and their own media service before purchasing a Lifetime license.

For purchases processed through an authorized payment provider, refunds are handled according to the provider's applicable buyer-protection and refund rules. Where a refund is approved, the associated software license may be deactivated.

Privacy Policy

MAX IPTV PLAYER is designed to process playlist and service credentials on the user's device for the purpose of connecting to services chosen by the user.

We do not sell personal data.
We do not provide or resell IPTV subscriptions or media content.
The user's selected third-party media provider may receive connection information directly from the device as required for playback.
